Hello. We’re Verde, a fresh-thinking corporate finance advisory company set up in 2017 as part of the GS Verde Group.

We offer expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, forecasting and fundraising that helps fast-growing businesses reach their goals.

We’re a young company, but our team has been in the business a lot longer. Our directors are entrepreneurs and owner managers who understand the balance of running a business while developing a funding or exit strategy, from the day-to-day practicalities to the more emotive aspects.

No matter what stage you’re starting from, we’ll take care of the details so you’re free to make the right decisions for your company’s future.

The GS Verde Group is a multi-discipline professional advisory business made up of Verde Corporate Finance (that’s us!) and Greenaway Scott (legal services). It’s a way of working unique to Wales, founded on the philosophy that bringing the best of the advisory community into one ethical, sustainable sharing economy results in better value for our clients.

Our reach extends beyond our base here in Wales: we were the first firm in the country to join IR Global, a professional services network that provides advice to companies and individuals in 155+ jurisdictions globally, allowing us to connect clients and provide support on an international level.
