Verde CF shortlisted for South West Dealmakers awards

Verde Corporate Finance (part of the GS Verde Group) is delighted to have been shortlisted for the prestigious South West Dealmakers Awards, due to be held in Bristol in October 2020.

The GS Verde Group, which consists of corporate law firm Greenaway Scott, and M&A finance specialists Verde Corporate Finance, first opened a Bristol office in 2018 and following growing client demand, quickly needed to move to a larger premises in 2019. That fast growth has involved a high number of quality corporate transactions and deals, culminating in Verde CF being shortlisted for the Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year category at the awards programme managed by Insider Media.

Nigel Greenaway, CEO of the GS Verde Group, said of the news: "I am delighted to see our Verde Corporate Finance team make the shortlist in the South West Dealmaker Awards. All eyes will now move toward the awards ceremony itself, due to take place at the Bristol Marriott on 21st October. Lorna Bolton, head of the Bristol office added: "We are looking forward to the event, and to meeting the other shortlisted businesses across all of the categories. The teams across the GS Verde group are excited to celebrate this tremendous recognition".
